Settings are durable configuration options that can be applied to users and organizations.

This API is accessible to user-, device- and full admins and partner admins.

The Get API is accessible with the scope 'identity:organizations_read', and the Post API is accessible with the scope 'identity:organizations_rw'.

Currently, the only supported setting is "allow-admin-invite-emails".

Note: The orgId parameter accepts both the API ids and the shorter Control Hub UUIDs.
